In a typical blended delivery project, Diverse Lynx US team leads the way with optional business analysis, project management, specifications, user interface design, and architecture and design. The India team then works closely with the US team to complete the software design, development and QA tasks. The project is completed in the US with final user acceptance tests conducted by the US team. |
